Private pilot scope

The Classroom Radar private pilot is a limited evaluation with invited teachers. Pilot features may change, pause, or be withdrawn while reliability, accessibility, privacy, support demand, and cost are evaluated.

Participation is voluntary. Teachers should use school-approved practices and avoid entering unnecessary student-identifying or sensitive information.

What is measured

Classroom Radar records privacy-minimized operational events needed to measure pilot acceptance and safety. Event properties use allowlisted status, timing, browser class, rating, and cost fields; lesson text, prompts, class IDs, student data, and free-form content are not copied into pilot analytics events.

• Schedule setup, planner visits, lesson-title creation, save success or failure, and schedule mismatch signals.
• Whether a known Radar class context was retained, plus teacher-provided usefulness ratings.
• Outcome evidence, material preview, debrief, support, pulse, provider-operation, latency, and estimated-cost signals.

AI disclosure and teacher review

Radar and Classroom Materials may send the context selected by the teacher to configured AI providers. AI output may be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed before classroom use.

Write-capable Radar actions use a proposal, confirmation, execution, and verification lifecycle. Site administrators can pause Radar actions, material generation, integrations, experimental views, and pulse prompts.

Retention, export, and deletion

Core planning records are retained while the account and workspace are active and as required for security, support, legal, or backup obligations. Pilot event retention is limited to the evaluation and follow-up analysis period documented by the pilot operator.

Pilot event and pulse records are deleted or anonymized within 180 days after the cohort exit review unless they must be retained for a documented security or legal reason. Pilot backups use a 35-day rolling retention target and remain encrypted at rest.

Teachers can download their workspace JSON from Exports & Print. A deletion request can be opened there; Classroom Radar will confirm scope, organization authority, backup expiry, and any required legal retention before deletion.

Support and incidents

Use Help & Support inside Classroom Radar or contact support@planlark.app. Report suspected privacy incidents, unauthorized access, or missing work immediately and stop using the affected feature until support responds.

Confirmed incidents are triaged for containment, evidence preservation, affected-user assessment, recovery, and notification obligations.
