Plan with Radar: say “Help me plan the next German 7 lesson” and Radar looks at what the class did last, its unit and when it really meets next on your rotation, asks what it needs, and shows a full draft — objectives, activities, materials — before anything is saved.
Change the draft by saying so: “shorter warm-up”, “move it to Monday”, “add homework”. Radar redrafts it; nothing is saved until you say yes.
Radar now remembers the conversation you are in, so you can answer its questions and build on what it just did.
Plan a week or a unit together: Radar drafts every unplanned class, shows them all, and adds them with one “Yes to all”.
Saved changes: the history button in Radar lists the latest changes across sessions, each with its own Undo.

Radar works out “today” and “tomorrow” in your school’s time zone, so an evening request no longer lands a day late.

Each class can choose how its lessons open: your default layout, Full lesson plan, Essentials, One box, or Blank — or its own arrangement. Set it from the class on the Classes page.
The objective in the lesson view links to your class’s curriculum: “Link a curriculum objective” searches it right there, and Radar can suggest matches when you ask.
The Classes page shows which curriculum each class follows, with a button straight to choosing one.
Bold, italic and lists now work in the lesson outline too.

Every box in the quick lesson view — including the outline — now works the same way: click it to write, with a small formatting bar above for bold, italic and lists.
Arrange the lesson view by dragging a section’s handle up or down. Heading colour and hide sit on the heading itself; the separate arrange panel is gone.
Attach a Google Doc to a lesson from the quick lesson view, by choosing it from Drive or pasting its link.
Copy a lesson and paste it onto another — even in another Classroom Radar window — with one-click undo.
Push a lesson (and the ones right after it) one class day later, or pull it one class day earlier, following your rotation.

Fixed

The year-plan import now recognises class names like “Grade 9 German” as German 9 on its own, so a sheet no longer lands in the wrong grade.
On Year, every class has its units row directly above its lessons, labelled with the class name, so units never look like they belong to the class above.

The quick lesson view — the panel that opens when you click a lesson on Today — now lets you write the lesson outline right there, as timed steps you can add, reorder and remove. It saves when you click away.
Make the lesson view your own: from Customize, drag the sections into the order you plan in, rename them, give each heading its own colour, and hide the ones you do not use. Your layout is saved with your account and used for every lesson.
Clicking a lesson on Week now opens the same quick lesson view instead of the full editor. Double-click, or use “Open full editor”, for the full Lesson Builder.

A planned year can now bring each lesson’s objectives and outline with it. Add an Objectives column and an Outline column to your sheet — one item per line in the cell, or separated by semicolons — and they land in the lesson exactly as if you had typed them into the Lesson Builder.
Outline steps keep their timing: start a step with its minutes (“10 min Warm-up; 25 min Lab — in pairs; 5 min Exit ticket”) and the lesson shows a timed outline.
Pasting a plan as text works too: under a lesson, add a line starting “Objectives:” or “Outline:”. The review shows how many objectives and outline steps each lesson carries.
Year view: each class now has a units row above its lessons. Every unit is one coloured bar from its first lesson to its last, and its lessons take the same colour. Drag either end of a unit to make it longer or shorter: the lessons underneath move into or out of the unit to match, the neighbouring unit gives up or takes back those days, and Undo puts it all back.
Fixed: some Excel files — including ones saved by Google Sheets and other tools that write the file differently from Excel itself — showed “No rows were found under the header row” even though they were full. They are now read like any other workbook.
Fixed: a Duration column written in minutes (45) was read as 45 class periods, so each lesson swallowed weeks of class days. A length in minutes now means one class; a small number like 2 still means a double lesson. The template column is now called Periods to make that clear.
Fixed: importing in order now starts on the first day of the school year (or a date you pick) and flows through every day each class actually meets. It used to start at the first month named in the sheet, which could leave almost every lesson “not fitting”. When a sheet has more lessons than a class has days, the review now says exactly how many days the class has and how many lessons are over.

Importing a planned year now places your lessons in the order you listed them, one after another on each class’s rotation days, starting from the first month in your sheet or a date you choose. Only Class and Title are needed; placing by the Month and Lesson number columns is still available as an option.
The review asks each question once instead of once per lesson: one choice for every lesson that lands on a day that already has a lesson (skip those days, replace, or leave them out), one for lessons that do not fit before the year ends, and one dropdown per unrecognised class name. Changing a single lesson’s date or class is still there, behind Edit on that row.
A proper Excel template with a column guide and an example, alongside the CSV one.

Import a year you have already planned. From the Year view, upload a CSV or Excel sheet, pick a Google Sheet from Drive, or paste your plan as text — one row per lesson with its class, month and lesson number — and Classroom Radar puts every lesson on the right teaching day for that class. It follows your rotation days and skips holidays and PD days; it never goes by weekday names.
Nothing is saved until you have seen it. The review lists every lesson with its date and rotation day, and anything that does not fit is put to you: more lessons than a month has classes (move them into the next month or leave them out), a class that already has a lesson that day (keep it, replace it, or choose another day), or a class name Classroom Radar does not recognise (choose which of your classes it is).
The whole import is saved at once, and one Undo takes all of it back — including any lessons it replaced. A downloadable template shows the columns Classroom Radar reads.

Radar can find your curriculum online. Where nothing in Classroom Radar covers a class yet, “Find the official curriculum online” searches the web for the document a teacher would actually plan from — the issuing ministry or department, the version currently in force, the grade and subject you teach — and lists what it found with the authority, the year and a link. Anything that is not the authority’s own site is labelled so you can check it.
It tells you where the document is; it never writes the curriculum. You open the one you teach and bring it in the same way as before, and every line of wording comes from the document itself. Classroom Radar will not invent an objective or a code — a made-up outcome reads exactly like a real one, and you would plan a whole year against it.

Fixed

Importing a curriculum now lands on the class you imported it for. Finishing an import saved the objectives into your workspace but left the class you had open following nothing, so the curriculum looked as though it had gone nowhere and you had to go and choose it by hand afterwards. The class — and every other section of the same course — now follows what you just imported, and the confirmation says which course it went to.

Adding a Google Doc to a lesson now always has something to press. Where your Classroom Radar deployment is set up for it, Google’s own picker still leads — you browse or search your Drive and the title and link fill in by themselves. Where it is not, “Add Google Doc” opens a box for the document’s link: the same attachment, the same one-click open from Today, Week and the library, and the panel says plainly that browsing is not configured rather than leaving you wondering where the button went.
Nothing in this panel is a dead end any more. A document is kept with the lesson itself, so the lesson has to be on the timetable and saved before one can be attached — and that used to be a greyed-out button with the reason printed underneath, which reads as broken however carefully it is worded. Now every state has something to press: if the lesson has no meeting yet, “Choose when this lesson happens” jumps you to that choice; once it has one, “Save the lesson, then add a Google Doc” saves it and leaves the editor open, ready for the document.

When Radar cannot carry out something it offered, it now says so where you are looking. Reading a year plan into your units needs the Unit Planner, which is on Pro and School: on the Free plan you would get as far as “Add 4 units to 2 classes?”, say yes, and see nothing happen — the card stayed put, no units appeared, and the only explanation went to spoken replies, which may be switched off. The refusal now appears in the conversation, in full, with nothing written either way. The same gap is closed for a year plan that cannot be read and a curriculum check that cannot run.

Radar is one floating window now, and it stays with you. Drag it where you like, dock it left or right, expand it, minimise it or close it — the planner behind it stays usable, and your conversation is still there when you open it again. One assistant, one microphone, one history, whichever screen you are on.
Radar understands how people actually talk. Fillers and lead-ins are dropped, number words become the numbers you meant (“German seven” is German 7, “Deutsch sieben” too), and a correction mid-sentence is applied and shown back to you. Classes are recognised by your own class names, in either language and either order; if two of your sections genuinely match, Radar asks which one instead of guessing — and you do not have to start the sentence again.
Read a year plan without leaving the conversation. Paste your department’s outline or attach the file — PDF, Word or plain text — and Radar shows you every unit it found, which class each outline would go to, the dates it would use, and anything it was unsure about. Nothing is saved until you say yes. Units are added, never overwritten: a title the class already has is skipped and reported, so importing twice cannot quietly change work you have already done.
Ask about your year plan in words. “What is in my year plan?” answers with how many units each class has, the span they cover, and — most usefully — which classes still have nothing planned.
Classroom Radar now checks what already covers a class before reading anything. Open Organise with Radar and, if a curriculum for that subject and grade is already here, it is offered as one button that sets it up for the class: no document to read, no waiting. If the class already follows a curriculum, it says so, so you do not organise a second one on top of it by mistake.
Ask Radar about it directly — “What curriculum does German 7 follow?”, “Is there a curriculum for Social 9 already?” — and it answers from what is actually in your workspace.

Radar opens on the left, where it sits beside your planner instead of on top of it. Move it to the right whenever you prefer and it stays there.
When Radar cannot speak a reply, it now says why instead of switching to your browser’s own voice mid-conversation. A plan without spoken replies, a voice service that is not set up, a browser holding back audio until you use the page, a request that times out — each says which one it is, and what to do about it. The reply itself is always still on screen, so nothing is lost.
A reply that is speaking can be stopped, and asking something new replaces the reply in progress rather than queueing behind an answer you have already moved past.
The Year timeline’s Read a year plan button now opens Radar with the sentence ready for you — it never sends it, so you can change it first. Setting a different start date for each class is still done on the original review screen, kept as Set unit dates yourself beside it.

Fixed

Reading a curriculum document with AI is now counted and checked like every other AI feature in Classroom Radar. It was running outside your plan’s monthly allowance entirely, which meant importing the same curriculum repeatedly cost you nothing visible and was not shown anywhere. If your plan or your allowance does not cover it, Classroom Radar says so and still sorts your document itself — the reading you get without AI is your document’s own wording, never invented content.
The Activity Builder no longer has a demo mode. Generating a sheet, regenerating an activity or a single question, adding questions, rewriting a level, suggesting objectives and building a practice test now always use the live AI service — in every environment. If the service is not configured or does not respond, the builder says so and changes nothing; it never fills the sheet with sample content and never reports a sample as a finished result.

Questions that still fail Classroom Radar’s checks after their one automatic repair are refused rather than saved; the activity is left as it was.
The help guide explains that generation needs the live AI service, and that saved sheets stay available to open, edit and print regardless.

Setting up your planner now survives a bad connection. If the connection dropped partway through setup, trying again used to start a second, empty workspace and leave the first one behind — with whatever had already been saved inside it. Setup now carries on in the workspace it already started, however many times you retry.
A planner that is already set up no longer reopens setup. Returning to the setup page sends you to your planner instead of offering to build a timetable over the one you have.
A missing workspace cookie no longer locks you out of your own planner. If your browser dropped it — cleared site data, a privacy setting, a long gap between visits — Classroom Radar now works out which workspace is yours when there is only one, instead of reporting that you have none.

Activity Builder. Create Activity — on the Activities page, or from a lesson or unit — builds an activity sheet or a practice test from the objectives you already planned. A guided setup runs from context to review one step at a time; you can go back to any step without losing what you entered.
Eleven activity types: matching, fill in the blanks, sorting, reading comprehension, multiple choice, true/false, short answer, vocabulary practice, sequencing, word search and diagram labeling. Practice test mode adds marks and a blueprint that spreads questions across your objectives.
Objectives come from the class curriculum, the lesson or the unit, or you write them; Radar can suggest some from the material. Every item is tagged, and objective coverage shows how many items practise each one.
Every question and answer is editable in place. Regenerate a single item, add more, regenerate an activity, or rewrite one at a simpler or more challenging level. Instructions you edit yourself survive regeneration — and are flagged for review, not rewritten, if the settings or language change underneath them.
Student and Teacher versions from the same sheet: the student version has no answers; the teacher version carries the answer key, with the evidence for reading questions.
Real pages. The preview shows the Letter or A4 pages that will print: activities stay whole where they fit, large ones split only between items, headings and instructions are never left alone at the bottom of a page, word-search grids and diagrams never split, and “Page 2 of 5” prints on every page. The printout matches the preview page for page.
Clear instructions under every activity, in the language of the sheet (English, German, French and Spanish are built in), describing the activity as it is actually set up — word bank or not, corrections or not, which directions the word search uses.
Three worksheet styles — Clean, Classroom, Workbook — that all print cleanly in black and white, with a “What to do” panel, word banks in bordered cells, an optional key-vocabulary box and Key idea / Think about it / Remember / Vocabulary callouts.
A picture with a reading. Radar suggests what to look for; you add an image you have the right to use, with its caption and source, beside or above the passage. Classroom Radar never searches for or generates images.
Radar can start a sheet for you: “Create an activity sheet for tomorrow’s lesson”, “Add a word search”, “Add five comprehension questions”, “Regenerate question six”, “Make this A2 German”.
Sheets save as you work, reopen from Activities or from their lesson, and can be duplicated.

The Assessments page now leads with Create Activity and Practice test; tracking an assignment, scheduling test dates and marking progress work exactly as before under Track an assignment.
The home page and Features page describe the planner-to-worksheet workflow — plan lessons and units, create activities, edit and print, Student and Teacher versions — and the Activity Builder has its own feature page and help guide.
Sharing a Classroom Radar page shows an up-to-date title, description and image; the Activity Builder page and this changelog share a card with the builder’s screenshot.
The web-app manifest describes the product as it is today.
The sitemap lists the Activity Builder feature page and help guide alongside the other public pages; private activity sheets, print views and the planner itself stay out of it and out of search.

Answer the planner out loud. When voice has to ask — “Which German class?”, “Which day should it go to?” — you can now just say “Grade 8” or “Friday” instead of clicking or typing the answer. A real command still wins: “undo” after a question is an undo.
Tests and assignments by voice. “Add a German test next Friday” puts a test on that class’s real meeting that day and tells you if the class does not meet. “Add an assignment due next Friday” creates one with that due date — on any day, because work can be due on a day you do not teach. “Actually, make it Monday” and “move the assignment to Monday” follow on from either.
Delete by voice — with a question first. “Delete that test” asks “Delete Grade 8 German test on 2026-09-25? Say yes or no.” Nothing is removed until you say yes; “no” or “never mind” leave it alone; anything unclear leaves the question open. A deleted test can be put back with “undo”.

The same care applies to Radar. Anything it proposes that removes something — a lesson, an event, a week — is held and asked about rather than applied on the strength of one sentence.
“Move tomorrow’s lesson to my next class” now means what it says: the class you are working on, its lesson on that day, moved to the next time you teach it. “Move Friday’s lesson to Monday” goes to Monday.
A lesson stays with its class. Asking to move one into a different class’s period is refused up front, with the copy — which does work across classes — suggested instead of a move that would fail.
The “Understood as” row now describes every command the planner carries out, including lesson and assessment commands it previously called “Not understood” while doing them.
How long a lesson is comes from its period. Ask to make a lesson 45 minutes and the planner says so, and tells you the period’s actual length, rather than pretending to change it.
A lesson Radar creates for you is what “it” means afterwards, so “move it to Friday” lands on it.

Fixed

A lesson created by voice forgot which slot it was in, so “move it” after “add a lesson” could not find it.
“Add this unit to my year plan” was read as adding a class called “this unit”. It goes to Radar now.
“Create a lesson about post-war immigration” made an empty lesson titled nothing; a request with content in it is handed to Radar to write.

Voice now carries the conversation with it. When a spoken request goes beyond the built-in commands, Radar is told which class and lesson you are working on, so “create a lesson about hobbies for this class” or “use the curriculum for this class” no longer arrive with no idea what “this class” means.
Follow-up requests keep their place. The last change you made travels with the next thing you say, so a correction reads as a correction rather than a new instruction out of nowhere.

Fixed

The Voice Planning feature page redirected away and the site never mentioned voice, while the product shipped it. The page is back, describes what voice actually does today, and Voice Planning appears on the features page.

Plan by voice. Say what you want and the planner does it: open a class, create a lesson, rename it, move it to another day, or copy it to next week — all without touching the keyboard.
Ask your planner questions out loud. What is on today, what is next, when you teach a class again, what is in a given period, and which supervision duty is coming up — answered from your real timetable, spoken back to you.
Move a lesson to the next time you teach that class, by saying so. Destinations resolve against your actual rotation rather than assuming a Monday-to-Friday week.
Undo and redo by voice. “Undo”, “put it back”, “undo again”, “redo” and “actually keep it” reverse and reapply the real planner change, several steps back and forward.
Say “move it” and the planner knows what “it” is. Voice keeps track of the lesson and class you are working on across a whole conversation.

Moving a lesson now keeps the same lesson. Its homework, assessments, reflections and attached documents stay attached, where a move used to create a new copy and delete the original.
Swapping two lessons between slots either happens completely or not at all — no more risk of both ending up on the same day if something fails halfway.
Undo refuses rather than guesses. If a lesson has been edited or moved since, the planner says so instead of overwriting newer work, and nothing reports success unless the change actually happened.
Spoken replies use a natural voice where available and fall back to the browser voice automatically, so the planner still talks on any device.
Voice never mistakes a question for an instruction — asking about a lesson or a duty can no longer create one.

Fixed

Lesson sequence audit, repair and rebuild failed outright because of missing internal references. They now run as intended.
Asking Radar to schedule something in a subject you teach once no longer asks which class you meant.
The admin dashboard’s Clarity panel now reports honestly — it says when analytics is not configured or has no data, instead of showing empty figures that looked like real ones.

Voice commands now carry themselves out as you say them. Through 0.2.0 every change stopped at a confirmation card; a teacher with a class walking in wants the lesson moved, not a dialog. Undo is on the panel and answers to "undo" out loud.
The planner answers back. Results, questions and refusals are spoken as well as shown, so a change you are not looking at is still a change you hear — with a speaker toggle for the staffroom, and a voice matched to your planner language.
Anything the voice rules do not recognise now goes to Radar, so the microphone reaches all of its actions — including planning a term of lessons across real dates, and rewriting the flow inside a single lesson.

Improved

Voice keeps listening between commands instead of needing the microphone pressed for each one, and stops cleanly when you stop it.
A change the server will not make unattended is now asked as a spoken question naming exactly what it would do, rather than failing quietly.

Fixed

The voice panel could not move you around the planner: it was mounted with the wrong prop name, so its navigation callback was never defined.
Speech recognition no longer hears the planner’s own voice and treats it as your next command.
A denied or missing microphone ends hands-free listening instead of retrying forever.
