Open the Radar window
Choose Ask Radar on any page of the planner. Radar opens in a floating window you can drag, dock left or right, or minimise; the planner behind it stays usable and the conversation is still there when you come back.
Plan a lesson, a week or a unit
Type or say “Help me plan the next Science 8 lesson”. Radar checks what the class did last, its unit, the curriculum outcomes nothing covers yet and when the class really meets on your rotation, asks what it needs, and shows the whole draft. Ask for changes in plain words — “shorter warm-up”, “move it to Monday”. Nothing is saved until you say yes, and every saved change can be undone from the history button. Planning whole units and talking out loud need Pro.
Or work inside a lesson
With a lesson open, Radar works on the lesson in front of you: “add a five-minute warm-up”, “make the objectives more specific”.
Describe the lesson
A sentence is enough — the topic, the class, and how you want it to feel. Radar drafts at the length of your period, taken from the period times in Settings, so you are not handed a 90-minute plan for a 50-minute class.
Choose what to include
Toggle differentiation, an exit ticket, homework or materials. You can also draft in English, at German A2 level, or bilingually.
Fill only what is empty
Fill empty sections writes into the sections you have left blank and leaves everything you wrote alone. Undo is one click if the draft is not what you wanted.
Refine what is there
Ask for it to be more inquiry-based, to add support for A2 learners, to create an extension, or to make a student handout — or describe your own change. Every draft stays fully editable, because you are the one teaching it.
